Christian teaching and history

Many ideas that we now think of as 'Christian' cannot be found in the bible. I have contrasted some of these ideas with others that are.

During my studies, I have noticed that the New Testament contains many historical and chronological references. In addition, historical information is also available about the first Christians from sources outside the New Testament. Some historical information is included below concerning the events of the New Testament era.
